Public Programs

The Artist Book Foundation (TABF) believes that access to art sustains and enlivens an essential source of knowledge and cultural vitality. TABF is therefore committed to providing this access to everyone interested in making art part of their lives through exhibitions and a variety of events such as each new title’s opening receptions and book signings, artist talks, and panel discussions with contributing curators and historians.

TABF also maintains an expansive artist book library that includes all of the foundation’s titles as well as those from Hudson Hills Press and other major art book publishers. This collection serves as an invaluable reference library for local artists, students, educators, and art lovers of all ages.

Admission to TABF’s gallery and library are always free to the public. Our gallery and office spaces are conveniently located on the MASS MoCA campus adjacent to the reserved parking area near our entrance in Building 13, which is entirely accessible. We look forward to welcoming you!
